Poverty Problems and the Probable Way Out

I live like in a middle where in one side people know how to value their lives, understand what quality of life is, but on the other side people do not care about adding value to their lives, they live according to their so-called instinct. While people in the first group work hard to produce something to the society, the other group emphasizes having fun instead of working hard.

Nothing worth enough to fight against is the discerning factor. No courage to have a high ambition maintains people in the status quo. Or, maybe simply there is nothing to dream about and pursue. Lack of enthusiasm as the result of no absolute life’s value drives them to nowhere but on the treadmill wheel. This is what I propose as the root of poverty trap.

Poverty trap locks people in a situation where they linger around economic calamity, broken relationship, sickness, and illegal drug. Economic or family relational problem often acts as the cause, rather than the effect, of this so-called vicious cycle.

Knowing God might be the answer. But, in the context of a very problematical condition like that I would rather say it is the answer. Knowing that God grants a bunch of potentials would increase self-appreciation and, therefore, the willingness to actualize those potentials. Further, comprehending that

He is a King of peace would bring restoration to conflicts and, consequently, a supportive environment to have a good quality life.
